Regina Duncan went above and beyond to make sure our home buying experience went as smoothly as possible. As a first-time home buyer, I was unsure and worried about the process. Regina changed all that for me. She did an excellent job breaking things down in a way that was easy to understand. She is also an excellent communicator. If I had questions, I could contact her anytime and she would respond. Even if it was late and she didn’t know the answers, she would respond quickly and follow up as soon as she could. More importantly, I felt like Regina had my best interest at heart. Being a first-time home buyer, it was hard to save up enough money to buy a home. As a result, a lot of the houses in our price range were fixer-uppers. Once we went under contract, Regina fought the battles and did everything she could to get issues resolved. We had plumbing leaks, roof damage, crawlspace issues, and appliance problems that she got fixed without us having to deal with the stress or pay anything. You can tell she really cares about her clients. Overall, I feel very fortunate to have met Regina and have her represent us. If you are in the area and unsure who to use as your realtor, you will not go wrong with Regina Duncan.
