Our home inspection was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. It was easy to book online and Sam communicated with us from the moment we booked. He was extremely thorough on his inspection. Upon our arrival to review the inspection, he walked with us room by room and went over all concerns and items that would be marked in his report. I was very pleased with how detailed he was with us. He answered any questions that we had and concerns that we had. His report was also to us in just a few hours following the inspection. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a new home.
Sam did an excellent job as an inspector. He was happy to walk us through the home and explain everything he noted. He was extremely quick to get our inspection notes and pictures to us as well, it was same day. Very professional and kind, would recommend him to a friend and will definitely be contacting him if I ever need an inspection done in the area again.
