I'm buying my first home and was extremely nervous about getting a realtor who just wanted to make a sale, I needed a realtor I could trust and I got just that! He has been so so helpful and transparent throughout the whole process as well as keeping me updated on everything as it's happening. My work schedule is also extremely weird and he has done everything he can to make sure I'm able to be as involved as possible by working around it. 100% recommend him and his team when you are trying to buy a home, as it is such a big investment and you need someone who makes sure that commitment is made in your best interest.

If you are looking to purchase a home in the 757 area Courtney Johnson is an excellent choice to assist you with your real estate needs. Myself and my husband recently purchased a new home in a new community with Courtney as our agent. She’s very thorough. She connected us with a home inspection company so we could ensure our property had no major concerns that needed to be addressed before closing. She came to the property for our final walkthrough before closing and made sure every outlet in the home was working, that the hot water was working in the home, and even checked to ensure our appliances were functional. We also had a bit of a snag at the time of closing and she promptly got on the phone with the title company to get us answers. Courtney was an absolute pleasure to work with.
