Holy cow, what an awesome experience!! John and his team are responsive, knowledgeable, professional and awesome to work with. We have sold 3 homes now (in 3 different states) and this by far was the best experience. Yes, its a little different because your realtor "friend" is taking you out to lunch or dinners to discuss simple paperwork; however, I believe you get a better, more efficient service for a heck of a value? They do know the market quite well because they list and sell so many homes. We sold our home at the same time when two of our other friends listed with ARI. We were all in different priced homes, yet all had the same expert assistance and amazing experience. Yes, you may have to pay for your own photos (we paid $250 for high end photos) but again, you save so much money and have better service. John was available on nights and weekends when necessary and he communicated quite well with other agents. ARI, please expand your services into other states, so we military members can use you nationwide. Stop looking for a listing agent, and call them now!
