We had an amazing home buying experience. Our realtor Matt Solis was very informative, kept us updated and encouraged and never gave up until he found someone that worked with us until our loan was secured. Our mortgage consultant Tammie Caballero went above and beyond to help us get our home. She is extremely positive, knowledgeable and informative and helped us get through the mortgage process with laughter, encouragement and some prayer on our part! She felt like a member of the family after it was all said and done and I will be contacting her when it comes to refinancing our home. We were very blessed to work with this pair of wonderful individuals and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a home.

I want to take a moment to recommend John Kanicka and David Goss! When we decided to try to sell the home we built 26 years ago, and raised our kids in, we consulted with John. We told him we only wanted to sell if we could get a certain price for our house. He recommended what we should repair or update to prepare for market. We took his advice and did everything he recommended. In return, he listed our house for top dollar. John was calm and steady, and 39 days later we had a full price offer! All along the way, David Goss took us to look in every potential area we were interested in buying within. We were able to eliminate a lot of areas and know where we were ready to zero in on when we went under contract to sell. He found us a gem of a house right away and helped us make a desirable offer. Liz was great to work with!! She answered all of our questions promptly and professionally; I always felt like she was in our corner fighting for us! Her team consisting of Brad and Colton went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth process looking at homes from out of state. Brad made countless trips on our behalf to tour homes and virtually show them to us. Colton was always quick to answer our questions and reach out to the right people if we had questions about anything when it came to title, insurance/warranty, scheduling tours, etc. Highly recommend reaching out to them if you're looking for a home in Utah!
Kenny was absolutely AMAZING. If I could give him 10000 stars I would. He was always quick to answer questions, respond to emails and was always attentive. We were sitting on our townhome for 4+ months with our original realtor and decided to switch to Kenny from a friends recommendation. I kid you not, within a week we had a contract on our house to lease it out. It was such an easy process. Vincent has one thousand percent gone above and beyond all calls to finding us the perfect home. We had quite the list. With six children, one life-disabled and having both boys and girls, needing separate spaces and rooms for homeschooling and quiet spaces. Garage for our storage and cars. This man was right on tract after our very first conversation. "No" was not in his vocabulary, he guided us and was honest about things that could or would come up in house buying. Our children have adopted him as 'one of us' and he is absolutely the best realtor I have ever worked with. I say worked with, rather than his working for us. Being sold just anything or trying to find the top of our budget, this man was able to find the diamonds and a few odd homes that were eclectic enough for me and what we need to have in our forever home. His kindness and professionalism sharp intuition and tireless dedication made the impossible happen. He didn't just find us a house; the wisdom and capability turned what could have been a stressful first-time purchase into a confident, comfortable journey to our forever home. TLDR: We loved our experience with Vivian Tsou and we cannot recommend her enough! Our realtor, Vivian Tsou, helped us purchase our first home, and we think she did an outstanding job! She is experienced, has strong market knowledge for DFW, high ethical standards, and proactive negotiation skills. Beyond this, she also provided us with trusted resources for anything we needed from the lender, to the home inspection, also to the follow-up inspections. This served as a great starting ground for shopping services, and I think we wound up going with her trusted resources anyway as we did not find a better deal. She really made the process as stress-free as possible. In the beginning, we told her what we wanted in a home and she was able to provide guidance on things we hadn’t even initially considered. From there, she would send us weekly batches of homes that fit what we wanted, we would rank them, and use that to decide which houses to tour that week. Touring homes, there were times we ran into problems that were beyond her control but every time she was able to get in contact with the listing agent and get things resolved in a timely manner. Her availability throughout this process was great, always there to schedule a tour or answer a question. Once we found the home of our dreams, she contacted the listing agent right away and was able to put a strong offer based off of our budget and the listing price of the house which luckily worked out for us the first time. As I mentioned earlier, she had a variety of trusted resources that helped us from this point onward dealing with the inspection and whatnot. She was also able to negotiate concessions for us which was incredibly appreciated. And in the end, she was there to take pictures of us as we officially bought the house. Seriously, we cannot recommend her enough! It seems she really went out of her way to make sure we got a home that fit us perfectly.
