Phil and his team is Fantastic! He is very hands on and accessible. We were in a difficult place as we navigated the sale of my late Father in Law’s house, which was my husband’s childhood home and a place where the identity of his family existed. Selling the house was like selling history and the past attachments of his life. Phil made the process smooth and got the task done expediently. Having a good amount of experience with realtors, I finally found a person who is hard working, intelligent about the market, available to see the transaction through from start to finish and does what it takes to get her job done without excuses. Her communication, a big negative issue I have had with most realtors, is spot on. I always knew what to expect and she was always available to answer questions and inform us about what was going on with the property. She had very good marketing ideas and made it her business to know our property and building well. On closing day she was available to deal with issues with the walk through and closing.
