We worked with Jenna Murphy to buy our home and she was absolutely amazing! We're moving from out of state and were only in town for a couple days of house hunting, but she managed to get us into every house we wanted to see and get us under contract on our dream home before we left town. Plus she set up school tours with the school districts we were debating between, and gave us all the recommendations for great places to eat. All throughout the buying process, she was available when we needed her or had questions, went above and beyond communicating with our less-than-stellar loan officers, helped coordinate some necessary repairs with the seller, wrote contract addendums, and checked in on the house during the various inspections since we couldn't be there ourselves. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Jenna again, and will recommend her to anyone we meet who needs a house in the Columbus area! The rest of The Raines Group team that we worked with were also fantastic. Chris answered all our closing questions right away and made sure our loan officers got the documents they needed. Their admin team checked in on the house until move in, which really provided peace of mind. They're truly a full-service company that will help a client from their first inkling of wanting to buy a house all the way through their time living in it.

Jeff was amazing to work with. I was a first time homebuyer and he made the process seem so simple and easy and with him it was. I really appreciated all of his knowledge from flipping houses, I asked so many questions and he was very transparent with me which is what I needed!
