Throughout the process, Brian was very professional with quick and thorough communication. He was a good sounding board when I had questions and served as a knowledgeable guide to the neighborhood. During the purchasing process, Brian and his team were very helpful and detail-oriented to ensure a successful application and interview took place. I’ve kept in touch with Brian since closing as well. He does not treat you simply as a client where the relationship ends after a transaction. Brian is reachable and has been supportive as I embarked on a new journey in my new home.

Prevu is an absolutely excellent real estate brokerage to use as a buyer if you are not interested in being charmed and chauffeured around. The agents are very professional and direct - helpful in there for you when needed - and allow you to perform your search with concierge services only as required. Cyndy in WA was very responsive when needed, and was patient with my first time questions. The process and agreements were transparent - and I received my expected rebate.
