5-2026 I asked Dan and the realtor who helped my mother buy a Fargo home to come look at the Fargo home to be potentially the listing agent. Before Dan replied, he already knew and confirmed who the property owner was and we set up a date to walk the property. Dan laid out his ranking in the Fargo real estate market and laid out his game plan of how to sell it. Within 24 hours, comps emailed with potential listing price. In a VERY unique situation as I’m working at the property about 10 days later, a family member wanted to look at the property, I’m thinking they are just visiting. Well in like 36 hours, the family member said, check your email, we sent you a purchase agreement. Dan was very understanding and professional on this news. Without doubt, talk to Dan about what they can do for you! He has a full team ready to help and all are very good communicators! The 2nd agent didn’t remember immediately the property that she represented for my mother but we still met to look at the property. Then 10 days later I received the comps, oh, I lost your email 😬😳 2024 Dan and his team were hired by my mother to sell the little house on the prairie, near HORACE Dan and his team are very easy to work with and I believe do MORE than most realtors. I’m not going to give away his business secrets on selling properties, but it sure worked. Final results, sold the property on day 1 of it hitting MLS
Dan and his team were great. From the beginning stages of selling, making suggestions of things to do before the home hit the market and then to the photos that were taken were awesome. One open house and multiple offers, the team did a great job working for me to ensure we got the best deal we could. The team was great about communicating throughout the process, the app they use to track traffic in and out of the house and the ease of closing with the escrow and title company. This might be the best team I’ve dealt with in all the homes I’ve bought and sold. I would highly recommend them and when the time comes I will use them again

Rich was a fantastic agent he helped us through every step of the process of getting our new home. He showed us a wide variety of options within our preferred price range. He was very accommodating with our times of availability for viewings even when they were farther out than our initial goal and was honest with his own inspections of the property. He was straightforward with us so even if the property was on the lower end estimated the costs of repairs needed for it to be lasting. Rich was a great agent to have with us through this process and I would highly recommend it for others.
A few months ago, we saw a house on Zillow that we just want to check out and got paired with Rich. We had no idea how lucky we got! Working with Rich and next level real estate to buy and sell a home in the middle of winter could not have been easier. Rich went above and beyond! he even helped us fix a small problem with our home in order to get it sold. He saved us hundreds of dollars by doing this and asked nothing in return, in fact he would not accept any sort of gratuity. By the end of our buying and selling process, he felt like a well-known member of our family and our kids still talk about him.
