We relocated from Kansas City and chose Rachel based on her reviews at Coldwell Banker and she did an outstanding job helping us find the right house in Billings. We initially came out in November to see if we wanted to relocate and she spent the entire day with us looking at a variety of houses. Rachel also stayed in contact with us as we worked through the decision to move, and she also continued to research properties for sale and kept us up-to-date on the properties we were most interested in. When we made an offer on the house she prepared our offer to the sellers even though she was on vacation and stayed engaged in tracking the offer, counter offer and acceptance. As we worked through the purchase process she did a great job of keeping us informed. When we had trouble getting water test results she ran interference so it didn't hold up the closing and loan approval processes. Rachel is professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Billings. Her knowledge of the area was also very helpful for us moving in from out-of-state. My time working with Terri & Ashley was brief, but absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were looking for our first home and throughout the process they were swift & kind about answering all my silly questions and were so incredibly helpful through the whole process. It felt easy almost! They walk you through every step and are kind and patient while doing it. Terri was helpful in the way a mom is giving guidance in a way that was so needed for us; things I was too scared to ask for she was willing to ask. Overall they worked so hard to make the home buying process good for us. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Robin. We couldn’t had made a better choice in a real estate agent She was phenomenal. We had a 100+ year old country home that needed that certain buyer. When we had questions she had answers or got right back to us. Plus, with Robin’s guidance, we were able to showcase our fixer upper and then-there came that certain buyer at our asking price!!! She let us know about all the homes for sale in our price range and then found us the most fabulous mobile home that would take our 90 pound dog-in the exact area I wanted!! Things were happening so fast and I started getting confused. But Robin stopped and explained everything with her sweet smile. To the point that I was confident with my knowledge of the items I was signing. Through the whole process from start to finish, Robin was there for us I just appreciate her so very much for the time she spent and all the effort she put forth.
