I encountered a rude listing agent. I've nwver shown interest in a home and received a rude welcome message like the one I did from Kim Edwards with Southern Home Real Estate. I would not recommend if you're genuinely interested in using them or maybe just a different agent. She didn't seem to be trying to make that sale at all. The welcome message read: "Hi Bailey, this is Kim Edwards with Southern Homes Real Estate. What questions do you have regarding 167 Lakebend in Brandon?". I told her I was interested in living there. She just repeated her question of "What questions do you have?" I did not like that. It seemed like a Facebook market scam message. Usually it's more of them trying to sell it and give information, ask if I'm interested in an application, a tour, etc. Basically, I lost interest. Maybe she needs retraining.
