Highly recommend! My husband and I were first time home buyers and were super nervous and filled with questions- we were lucky to be matched with Amber Ryan. Honestly in our scenario everything really aligned for us. I'm sure with the hard work behind the scenes from Amber, we weren't met with many hard decisions or doubt. Every question went answered and anything I had no insight on Amber helped! We really wanted a house in the heart of Kansas City- one with lots of charm and history as well as an agent who was well equipped to take that on. Both aesthetically and logistically speaking, as with older house comes different expertise on things you do and don't want as well as things you might not have thought about. We had a fantastic experience with Audra and her team helping us sell our home. She helped us come up with a great game plan and pricing strategy. Ashlie is phenomenal! She helped me purchase my first home, and walked me through all of the steps so I was never stressed. We went and viewed over 15 properties and she was happy do to so each time, and was extremely knowledgeable about the conditions of various homes. She was able to point out things an untrained eye might have missed and helped me find my home in a perfect location with all of the requirements I preferred, and at a super reasonable price based on the comp info given as well.
