We moved from Minnesota only a few years ago to retire to Maine and quickly found out we needed to come back! I want to compliment our realtor Kyle Hansen for his willingness to go above and beyond to help us find a home in the short time frame we were in Minnesota. We saw a range of many homes in Red Wing and in Lake City, and he was always so willing to schedule the showings and to have each home’s information to share with us. He was professional and he helped us narrow down our choices after seeing 10 or more homes. Kyle Hansen understood our need to find a home that fit well with our two dogs too. We saw old homes and townhomes and homes in between. We can’t say enough about his sensitivity and his ability to make a hard decision making process less stressful for us. To live with a HOA or not to, which we finally decided for the sake of our dogs who might bark! We highly recommend him for your realtor since he has great qualities of intelligence and dependability and a good sense of humor too!

I'm so glad I found Mary to help us with buying a house! I pretty much watched all of her YouTube videos while waiting for the right time to move, and from the start, Mary was always available, even before we sold our house! Since we are new to Minnesota our initial search spanned the entire metro area while we figured out where we wanted to live. We had specific criteria that we were looking for and Mary put in extra work to help us find something that fit within our budget, which at times seemed impossible! If I thought a house was priced too high, she would research it for me and I know that takes time to do, so I really appreciated that. It took us forever to finally make a decision and she was patient and helpful through it all and always had time for us! She was also great at explaining things that were new to us like sealed attics, sump pumps, invasive plants, etc. Highly recommend! Thank you Mary!
Mary has been a fantastic realtor. We relocated from out of state so needed someone who had experience working with long distance folks. She went above and beyond: sending us high quality house tour videos since we couldn't see them ourselves. She was VERY candid about the pros and, more importantly, the cons of each house. She has been easy to get in touch with, flexible, and a genuine, nice individual to work with. We are quite happy with the house we went with and the closing process was a breeze with her. Bonus: her YouTube videos are a fun way to learn about the different neighborhoods and activities in the Twin Cities.
