My house had gone into foreclosure and was set for sheriff sale, which resulted in many coming by my home wanting to buy it....except Alex. He handed me his card and said he was more interested in making sure I stayed in my home. When I finally called him, time was running out. Alex was very transparent with me about what he could and may not be able to do for me, but said he would do his best. Boy did he come through. He stopped the foreclosure from proceeding, which effectively stopped the sale of my home! His actions have given me additional time to regroup and work on a more viable solution, which Alex stated he is willing to assist me with. I'm so appreciative of his efforts and would recommend him and his company to anyone in need of selling their home.

Debi is absolutely the best realtor we've ever worked with. She is enthusiastic, intelligent, professional and great on negotiations, contracts and the closing. She made herself available immediately when something came up for us to look at. Creatively viewing the market in our price range was a big help to our finding the right home. We highly recommend her in every regard. 5 stars all around!
We worked with Debi for over a year on the build of our new house and we quite literally would not have been able to do it without her. Not only is she knowledgeable about Wichita as a whole as far as locations, neighborhoods and school districts but to have her next to us during the building process was invaluable. We began our build from the east coast and she was our local expert when it came to stopping by the build site, emailing/visiting with our builder and making important decisions that we could not get into town to make. She was our voice of reason and knowledge whenever we ran into a snag and after being in our house 2+ months we know that part of the reason we love it so much is because we had Debi on our side during the process. We had known Debi as a family friend for years but have an entirely new appreciation for how wonderful of a realtor she is and continues to be even post-closing!
