We cannot say enough good things about Chelsea and her team that just helped us with the sale of our home and buying our forever home. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and shockingly fast (in the best way). Our home sold in record time, and that is entirely thanks to the thoughtful strategy Chelsea and her team put together. The quality of the presentation was outstanding—from gorgeous photography and stunning video footage to a smart, well-orchestrated plan for showings, an open house, and strong social media presentation. They guided us towards getting our house ready to sell and made it look amazing - all resulting in us getting a price we were thrilled to sell for. Communication was another huge standout. We were kept in the loop constantly and never once felt unsure about what was happening or what the next step would be. You can tell this group is a well-oiled machine. Chelsea herself was a dream to work with. She fought hard for what we wanted in negotiations, protected our interests, and made sure we were getting a great deal—all while remaining transparent, kind, and fair to the other buyers/sellers. This includes navigating some colorful personalities on the buying side with total professionalism. She knew exactly when to move quickly, how to keep the dialog calm, and how to keep everything on track so we could land our dream home. Buying and selling a home is stressful, but Chelsea and her team (shout out Nikki, Kat, Ashley!) managed the entire process flawlessly and efficiently. We are endlessly grateful for their expertise, dedication, and care. 10/10 recommend.
We met Kristen Parker of Anna K Intown Realty, while visiting an open house. We had not yet hired a realtor. My husband and I loved her demeanor and outgoingness. We found her to be very knowledgeable but not pushy. Once we signed her, she was dogged talking to seller’s realtors. She worked after hours for us. When it came time to have a house inspected, she had a list of recommended plumbers, arborists, electricians, etc. It was a great experience and I’d use her again.

Seth was our realtor with the Zac Team and he was seriously so great to work with! He responded so quickly and made the whole process feel more like working with a friend than just a realtor. He was professional, really easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect house for us. We were first time home buyers and had so many questions and Seth always took the time to patiently explain things throughly. You can tell he genuinely loves teaching and supporting his clients throughout the process. One thing that really stood out was how good he was at figuring out what was important to sellers and helping us put together strong, competitive offers. Even when some of our offers weren't accepted, he always followed up to find out why, and one of the seller's realtors even told us we should feel proud to have him as our realtor :) He was always willing to go see houses with us last minute, pile a bunch into one day, or make time on weekends too. At the beginning of working together, he had us write out a description of our perfect home, and we revisited after we purchased our house and realized we were able to check off every single important item to us. I really had a great experience with the Zac Team, REMAX Metro Atlanta. My agent Chloe Johnson was very professional and worked with me as I was relocating from another state. I was not always available in person to view properties so she went and looked at properties for me and did videos to send to me. She also took room measurements upon my request so that I could make sure my furniture would fit. She worked really hard and I would recommend her and the entire Zac Team without any reservations if looking for an agent/real estate company.

We recently sold our home with Jamie Gaines as our broker and I highly recommend him. Jamie was diligent, responsive, and incredibly persistent throughout the entire process. Jamie Gaines is a phenomenal agent. He was quite personable and it was a great pleasure working with him on getting our Atlanta temple sold. Hands down, 10/10, down to earth, incredibly hardworking gentleman whom clearly has many years of expertise under his belt. I had called and met many realtors prior, who gave prices and suggestions with little reasoning & support to back them. While others seemed quite unsure how to go about selling our rather unique property, Jamie stood out far beyond the others. On our initial meet, he had already begun planning how he would position our property on the market, with ideas as to who our most likely prospects would be. He was the ONLY agent who provided the most accurate and realistic COMPs to base our market price on, and provided extensive reasoning behind them. He satisfied our many inquiries, and was thoroughly honest throughout all our dealings, constantly updating us even before we could ask how things were going. He was constantly making calls and arranging for various showings of our property, all the up till the end. He lined up a back-up offer in case our deal fell through (which thankfully it didn't). His work ethic and dedication was appreciated, but above all, his willingness to make sure we were always pacified, up-to-date and on board with everything going on pleased us greatly. He really amazed us with his commitment to sell the temple, and he delivered after affirming he was the man for the job. This was a great weight off of our shoulders, and we have Jamie to thank for helping with that!
