Matt and Eileen were exceptional to work with. They were so patient with us (I think Matt showed us over a dozen properties!) and were never pushy. And we really appreciated how thoughtful Matt was; always asking questions to help us figure out what we liked about a property so that he could help us find more like it. They were also very helpful to us when structuring offers, allowing us to be strategic and competitive in a hot market. Overall working with them was a very positive experience, we've recommended them to many people, and we would happily work with them again.
