Barbara is a phenomenal agent. She knows Westport inside and out. She was the selling agent on a previous home purchase and was a pleasure to work with, she's become a personal friend and offered to give a second opinion on a historic home when we were stuck on a renovation decision. She offered to show us a few comparable homes that would offer the things we were looking for without the hassle of renovation and there was one property that our family just couldn't ever move past. We loved it. Unfortunately, we were dealing with a notoriously difficult situation and very unmotivated sellers. She continued to tirelessly chip away at it until we finally were under contract. She stayed on top of the situation throughout our due diligence helping us ensure everything was how it needed to be and we successfully closed without any issues. She continues to follow up on our new home and supply us with information, as needed. She is wonderful and working very hard to get our former home ready to sell.
